Where do the votes on EFCA come from

Ambinder reports,

With a headcount of 58 senators who support cloture, Democrats need to find two votes from the following five undecided senators: Murkowski, Lincoln, Collins, Snowe and Voinovich.

My understanding is that labor is working with Murkowski and they think she is likely to flip. Alaska has a large percentage of unionized workers and Murkowski has Sarah Palin breathing down her neck. She seems ripe to cut a deal.

Out of the others one would think that Voinovich would be susceptible to pressure given the labor density of Ohio and the collapsing economy there.

Ambinder's list needs updating though, Lincoln has come out and stated that she will not vote for cloture.

Finally, EFCA won't be introduced in the Senate until Al Franken is seated.
