Reality rears it's ugly head in Presidential race

Really shouldn't this post at ColoradoPols be titled "Reality Catches Up with McCain Campaign"?

John McCain wants this campaign to be about whatever his daily umbrage is and for about 10 days there he was able to pull that off. It's clear now though that even the press is tired of playing these games and that the American public isn't really interested in "lipstick on a pig" when they are losing their homes, losing their savings and watching our financial system collapse.
