I guess Democrats really don't give a shit about the labor movement. How else to explain picking a state with the lowest union density in the nation to host the convention? The DNC is an economic boon for whatever community receives it. My hometown, St. Louis, was in the running and is a good solid union town. But the DNC chooses to drop a money bomb in the home town of Bank of America instead. In the midst of the great recession the DNC could have done wonders for a strong labor town like St. Louis.
I am thoroughly disgusted with this choice and my party.
