Mitt Romney, the only Republican currently besting President Obama in the TPM Poll Average of hypothetical 2012 matchups, proposes replacing unemployment benefits with "individual unemployment savings accounts."
So Mitt Romney's policy prescription is to endorse bank accounts. Brilliant.
