Dahlia Lithwick over at Slate has more on the coming campaign finance gutting by the conservative activists on the Supreme Court.
As an aside I think it's great that she opens her piece with a quote from the pseudo-intellectual fraud Antonin Scalia. Regular readers will recall my personal experience with Scalia demonstrating that he's nothing more than an ideologue masquerading as an intellectual and a jurist.
