Andrew Oh-Willeke notes today the prevalence of prominent law professors in the Obama administration. Many of these professors were also involved in writing the recently released "The Constiution in 2020" which outlines a progressive vision of the United States Constitution.
I've had it for a couple of weeks now, reading a section here and there in between other larger tomes and it's an enjoyable read. Not overly wonky or filled with legalese but for the most part a clear recitation of a progressive vision. Give it a read.
