Ritter to grocery store workers: Drop dead

The governor's veto of HB1170 isn't a surprise, it's been known for weeks that he would likely veto the bill. That doesn't make it any less dissapointing though especially with the Ritter's rationale for the veto. Apparently our governor would prefer not to deal with issues that are at controversy. That's just too messy for him. Instead he'll hang thousands of grocery workers out to dry in the midst of contract negotiations.

Appparently for Bill Ritter this is what he calls leadership.
