Story here. Really though anyone who's worked with the guy or been subjected to one of his lectures or debate performances already knew this.
It should also be noted that Nancy Spence, the woman who apparently hurt Shawn's feelings so is a 72 year old grandmother. So not only is Mitchell a dick, he's also got terribly thin skin and is apparently pretty passive-aggressive.
Remember, he's a leading intellect for the Colorado GOP. I think they call that the soft-bigotry of low expectations.
