What to read?

I love looking at lists of books - recommendations from authors or thinkers, what certain great thinkers or leaders are reading, any kind of list really. I think it's fascinating to see just what the great minds of our times are interested in. Have I already read any of their recommendations? What must I read next? It's a thoroughly enjoyable exercise and now the Washington Monthly has asked for book recommendations for the incoming President, you can read the entire list here. It's a solid list, I've only read a handful of the recommendations and look forward to reading many more.
