One has to wonder whether or not a Justice who is still holding a grudge against Obama and Biden for their votes against his confirmation nearly 4 years ago is fit to serve on the United States Supreme Court. If he's willing to disrespect the Office Of the President and the President-elect in such a juvenile manner what hope is there that he will perform his duties on the Court in a professional manner when confronted with issues involving President Obama's administration?
I bring this up now because (at least according to CNN) there is some question as to whether or not Alito will attend the Inauguration.
If he is truly that small of a man I take pity on him.
It should be noted that both Obama and Biden voted against Chief Justice John Roberts as well but the Chief Justice had no problem acting like an adult and showing respect for the traditions and institutions of the Republic.
