Notoriously unstable DA to handle Ritter campaign finance case

Yikes. Carol Chambers, the Arapahoe County DA, has been assigned to investigate the Ritter campaign finance scandal.

Chambers, a Republican, has faced several investigations herself. If you work on the 1st floor of the Capitol you can't be excited about having a loose cannon like Chambers handling this case.
